I Blog for You, I Blog for Me

I started a hair blog a few years ago after being prodded by several people to share my knowledge about natural hair care. And while I enjoyed posting from time to time I was just sharing what I knew, not necessarily learning or experiencing anything new. Journey to Legacy is not the same case. For this blog, I am encouraging you to change your mindset as I go along my journey to change my own. As I sit and type my thoughts my mind is reminded of the things I've read and learned from others that I want to share with you. I didn't realize how much I was blogging for myself until someone congratulated me on the blog and we starting talking about legacy. She said something very profound and I commended her on the idea. Then she told me that she was actually quoting one of my posts, something that really spoke to her as she read it. I was surprised at my own words and then I realized...I Blog for You, I Blog for Me.
