I built Just Wright Consulting, LLC from a simple truth: how people work together matters. I’ve always been drawn to learning about human behavior. That curiosity became a calling, leading me to study psychology and eventually shift from pursuing clinical practice into organizational development.
Over time, I saw the same challenges in companies of every size, at every stage of operation, and across various industries. The setting may have changed, but the script was always the same: brilliant ideas slowed down by unclear expectations, reactive leadership, and team dynamics no one knew how to fix.
